I have a young traveler. I tried to do the 24hour check in online but was given an error. Do I check her in when we arrive? Not sure how this works.

Assuming she has her own seat and you have a reservation #, you may want to just call customer service to "confirm" all is good with her reservation

Thank you. I was able to check her in. I think the website crashed for awhile...
