My flight to WA was canceled. I cant get anyone on the phone to see where my bags are. I was told even if my flight was cancelled they would end up at my final destination (WA) and then sent back to BNA. Could they be at BNA right now? how can I find out? My flight was canceled on 12/24.

Yes, that is what we were told to regarding cancelled flights and luggage. SW stated that they have 5 days to get the luggage back to us. They don't say how they will do this and calls and emails go unanswered. I suspect after 5 days we will go back to the airport and look for the luggage. Going back to the airport at some point may be your best bet. Keep track of your additional expenses. SW is SNAFU right now.
