worst airline experience of my entire life. I am baffled at the service of this airline, atleast is the Orlando airport. I am here with four underaged girls and two adults. This airline has left us stranded in this airport with our bags flying off to a different country, no flight, no hotel, no nothing. We have paid for this ROUND TRIP in october but they have told us that the flight is OVERSOLD! how can a flight be over sold?! do they not have organization?! I don’t understand! there are people paying for these passes months in advance but then they are DENIED their right to baord?! Insane, unbelievable. If you want to loose your time and money, I recomend this airline but if not. Go get yo ass to Jetblue or some **bleep**. I bet Spirit is better than Southwest and thats saying A LOT
