check in and security at tampa airport for an international flight early morning

Good afternoon I have a 5:30 A.M. flight from Tampa to Aruba which is international. It says the ticket counter opens at 4:00 A.M. but don't I have to be there two hours prior to the flight? Will I be able to get through security and make my flight?
