horrible travel experience

We experienced the WORST customer service and huge delays and inconveniences on a recent trip. Even worse we have attempted to contact Southwest by email, phone call, and messenger with no response. Looking to get a response and compensation in hopes Southwest can redeem themselves in anyway. As a very frequent traveler for work, 3-4 round trip flights a month I am beginning to realize I should go out of my way to not travel Southwest for all future travel!
