Depends.
Depends if the flight arrives on time. Depends if the are reasons that require the next flight to board earlier than usual. Depends what the crew wants to allow.
Having said that, typically yes, you would be able to deplane and reboard before general boarding begins. That too could change if the gate crew want to handle it differently or if there's a crew change that doesn't go as planned.
