When purchasing flights to NASSAU I was asked to enter redress number and or known passenger number. Are these required and if so where do I obtain?

The Known Traveler Number is your trusted traveler membership number for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck. You may not necessarily have one of these and this is not required.
As for redress number, I too am stumped and haven't found an answer.

The redress number is for people who have been repeatedly tagged for additional screening and have filed an inquiry to have erroneous information corrected in DHS systems. This happens when, for example, you have the same name as someone on the no-fly list.
In general, if you don't know what this is, it doesn't apply to you. 😉
