I'm a single mom who is flying in August from Oklahoma to DC with my Two year old who is autistic. I am looking for a carseat that will fit in the southwest seats and at a good price point. I have heard about the CARE harness but it is not something that would work for us.

I don't have any specific suggestions and suspect another group where other parents discuss these types of things may be more helpful. I will point out that car seats used onboard need to be FAA approved and fit in the minimum seat width of Southwest seats, 15.5".
More information about traveling with a car seat can be found here: https://www.southwest.com/html/customer-service/family/baby-on-board-pol.html
