I’m not sure if this will make its way to the right people so I am trying several avenues. I recently took an evening flight (745pm) from MDW to SLC on 02May2018 and met Dana. Dana was one of the attendants on this voyage, and she was phenomenal. She is warm, inviting, and shows true hospitality. I fly often, and she truly embodies what a flight attendant should be.
If someone at SWA can please ensure she and her manager receive these accolades, I’d greatly appreciate it. If I had one of my “doing a great job” tickets on hand, I definitely would have given it to her. ❤️
