While in the air I bought Wi-Fi to get some work done...I use a laptop and Chrome. After a while I wanted to return to the entertainment webpage so I could watch some TV or a movie. However, I couldn't get back to the entertainment page getconnected.southwestwifi.com...I kept getting redirected to southwest.com/wifi/. I tried clearing cache, etc. but no matter what I did I couldn't get back to the entertainment page. Ideas?

If you were not on a chromebook, you could have tried a different browser.

You can always just try southwestWiFi.com and leave if the get connected part.
I suspect that the issue is with the browser, but just a thought.

Same issue here. Doesn't matter if I use different browser or incognito mode, redirects back to and explanation of features that should be available but no actual way to watch something.
