A friend of mine, Carole Zoom, uses a mobility scooter to get around. She recently took a SW Airlines flight on June 19th, 2024. Unfortunately, SW Airlines damaged her scooter and has refused to help compensate her for her scooter. It is her only means of transportation. Carole has been immobilzed for almost a month because of this and is still unable to use her scooter because of SW Airlines. She feels she's being discriminated against.
The Dept. Of Transportation has a law for this and she feels that SW Airlines' refusal goes against that law. Please, SW Airlines, do the right thing and help my disabled friend to regain use of her scooter damaged on one of your flights. Gratefully yours, diana saltoon-briggs

Sorry to hear of Carole's troubles. Since this is a ustomer forum, it is not a place to appeal to Southwest. Carole appeal directly to the airline by boijg to "contact us" below and following the prompts to the appropriate place to file a complaint.
Also, if she feels there was a violation of federal law, she could file a compalint with the US Dept. of Transportation.
