Delta has not only booted 550 people off it's planes, it has banned them from the airline forever.

I think the approach will resonate with business travelers that are flying because they "need" to travel. Kudos to them.

People traveling for leisure right now are already taking their chances and it probably isn't as big of a factor.

I rarely find it appropriate to boast about a competitor on another business's website, but in this case, it's that rare time.  I would normally just say, "another airline," or something like that, but this deserves applaud that I think even SWA should appreciate.   I guess it would be a bit much to ask or find out how many SWA have done this to.  Great job, DELTA.
