Southwest used to be the gold standard in airlines customer service.
it is sad to see they allow their reputation to be trashed so badly
constant delays and cancellations
I type this as I wait for a connecting flight that is, hopefully, 7 hours late
constant mis information, read lies, rude, beyond rude gate agents
Congratulations Southwest. You are now just like the rest
