I am still not impressed by the disruption that the new computer system installation has caused in the last few days, my early bird seating didn't work an I had to buy an upgrade then the TSA Pre wouldn't print on my return flight and today I am onboard a 2.5 hour flight to Tampa without the old Dish services and I find out that they have discontinued the Dish programs and you can only buy movies for $5 or watch Fox,NBC or CBS This product selection is what ordinary airlines offer like delta and united where you need to download a pecial player before boarding Please fix the computer programs and go back to being a great airline please : (
