It is such a pain to fill in the WiFi billing details, especially if we are already rapid rewards! I often skip it on short flights because I just don't want to deal with it.
Can't you guys give us the ability to log into our RR account, and use that information to pay? Or perhaps to use points?

Is the WiFi covered as I am an A-List Southwest Member? I am NOT A-List Preferred.

Sadly, no. It's a benefit reserved for A-List Preferred. On years I don't qualify for preferred I do miss it. In-flight wifi is one of the most amazing inventions of the 21st century.
