Error code 404611301 after I type the confirmation code

Hi, 

I booked a flight around one month later. And after I paid for the ticket, I receive an email with the confirmation code.

However, when I type the confirmation code and want to retrieve the flight or choose a seat, the error information will jump out.

Do anyone know why this happens? The money has been deducted from my account, can I travel successfully?

By the way, there is no picking seats, no seats are assigned.  You pick any open seat when you board.

Since one cannot choose seats a Southwest, is it possible that your ticket is with a different airline?
