Hi,

I just wanted to say thank you to Ms Suki (Staff number 111576)  at the domestic flights counter in Los Angeles. She wasn't only terrific in helping me sort out everything but also a very kind and beautiful lady who made me feel welcome and a very appreciated customer. 

Thanks to her and all your amazing team, I safely reached my final destination, especially after a long trip all the way from Australia.

Again, thank you Suki for being so caring and helpful.
