To Whom It May Concern:
First of all, Southwest Airlines is the only airline that I fly! I have had very few issues during the many flights / years that I have traveled. One thing that I have a concern about is the hand soap in the lavatories. I am one of probably several people who have a severe allergy to a preservative that is found in many househould products (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, laundry detergent, liquid hand soap, etc) called Methylchloroisothiazolinone. Unfortunately, the hand soap that was selected for use on the planes contains this preservative, which causes severe skin irritation. Perhaps Southwest would consider switching to a Methylchloroisothiazolinone preservative free hand soap?
With Appreciation!

I don't have an issue with the handsoap, but I'll support your effort. As someone who has other sensitivities/allergies, I know how frustrating the situation can be.
Best of luck in getting a reply!
