Good morning everyone at southwest happy Tuesday 


I had questions everyone has anyone had issue app on there iPad my app does not. Used work no problem now not work. I have reinstalled and installed app still not work what I do any suggestions pleased

The app now requires IOS 11.0 or better.


If you OS is older than that, that is your problem. You'd need to update, if you can.

I would recommend using the Southwest website,

on an iPad instead of using the app.  The app is not optimized for running on an iPad and makes sense on a phone, but not a tablet.  With the larger screen using the full site works better and provides full functionality.
