How to receive 25,000 Goodwill RR points for cancelled flights?

Hello,

Our flights were cancelled Dec 26, and again Dec 27, who can we contact if we did not receive the email with the 25,000 Goodwill points that have been covered in all the media?  Family of 4 travelling from BWI on Dec 26.

I appreciate the goodwill gesture. Does it apply to passengers whose canceled flights were booked using a Companion Pass?
