I cannot get movies on my MacBook Air during Southwest Flights, must use my iPhone

@ddvetor1it sounds like you are doing it correctly, the Southwest page states the following:

The Southwest app (available in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) is required to view some on-demand TV episodes and movies.

I can watch live tv but not movies or some tv series. The App store does not have the Southwest app for MacBook--iPad and iPhone only.
