This stunk! No tv or movies on mco-phl. Weird because hardly anybody was on board. That’s OK. I still LOVE SWA!!

Sorry to hear the TV didn't work on your recent flight. If you would like to share your feedback with Southwest directly you can do so though one of these methods: Submitting a Suggestion and/or Complaint

I had an issue with the paid WiFi once reached out via Twitter after I sent screenshots of errors and they sent a refund.

Sorry to hear! I have learned to never depend on the TV and wifi and to have a back up plan. Love the SW offerings, but the reliability (especially of the wifi) is still shaky, even though it has gotten better.
Agree with @bec102896 -- I would provide feedback about your experience directly to SW.
