Infight Movies are not working on iPad Pro

The last few flights I have taken, I have not been able to watch any of the movies on the inflight entertainment. I can watch the TV Shows but not movies. It will not even open them. I checked to make sure Pop Ups were not being blocked, my app is up to date and my ios is up to date. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Sorry, it doesn't look like anyone has any info about this. I forgot to test it out on my flight earlier today, will try to remember in a few days.

I am having the same problem.  Randomly just stopped working.  I updated the pop ups as well and running latest iOS.   I started another message about this and an employee responded a couple times and eventually just said it was a device problem.  

I can watch live tv and series, but no movies. 

flew again today and no luck.

I cant even watch TV. I have an iPad 9 with updated IOS. It was working last year, but did not work in February or 2 days ago. I get on the app, choose a movie, click on "Watch" and nothing happens. Same with TV. My wife's iPhone 11 got on fine, no problems. what is going on?!?
