The inflight entertainment keeps re-directing to a site that tells you about it but doesn't let you actually watch it. I'm connected to wifi and have free internet (AList Pref). I tried to clear my cache, different browser, restart, disconnect wifi and re-connect. Nothing. Keep getting re-directed to this page! https://www.southwest.com/wifi/?clk=3892032&cbid=3892032
It used to be you could type in Getconnected.southwestwifi.com and you would be good to go.
Anyone solve this??

I would Contact Customer Relations and hopefully they can investigate to see what the issue might be.
Some basic stuff: Is the laptop in airplane mode? Is your laptop a compatible device (older laptops or devices may not be compatible)
