Inflight Internet for Employees

I know as much as I fly, I'd love to be able to use the internet without having to pay for each individual use, especially on shorter flights. Would there be any way to create a subscription plan for employees or employees/A-listers to use the internet? It would be great to pay a yearly subscription or something of the sort.
