A friend traveled recently with another airline and said the air conditioning was turned off during the entire flight as a precaution against coronavirus. Is Southwest doing this also? I am all for increased safety and cleanliness during this time, I just want to be prepared to dress accordingly (ready to sweat)! I can't seem to find information about this online. Thanks in advance for your answers!

I’ve not heard of this. It actually sounds counterproductive. Perhaps there was an AC issue with the plane?

On the flights I've taken I've frozen on both of them. So I can attest 100 percent, they are on and working.
