Lost Item: Flight 1010 ORD to BWI

Hello, I lost an item on Flight 1010 on November 6.  I filed a lost item report and wanted to update it - I tried twice and both times my report was erroneously closed.  I filed a third report because the item is still missing.  Will Southwest still attempt to find my item? Thank you.

Are you certain it's really closed and not just submitted?  You could contact Southwest, referencing the report # you received when you submitted it.  Use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send a message.
