Luggage hasn’t arrived

Our flight was changed because of weather. Was told luggage would be transferred but wasn’t at Bwi when we arrived at midnight. Was told that since it was weather related Southwest wasn’t responsible and could not send luggage to us. Since se live 2 hrs away we have to get a hotel room and hope luggage arrives tomorrow

If it is midnight and you are facing a 2-hour drive I'd take the hotel option, hopefully it does show up in the morning on the next available flight from your destination.

100 bucks out of my pocket, missed day of work.  They could have shipped to me as a courtesy
