Absolutely correct.  All of the major carriers, except SWA, are requiring masks for passengers.  The "Love" airline apparently doesn't love us very much.  We probably should take our business elsewhere.  I sent an email to customer service last night, and the response was the standard P.R. nonsense.  Even the Trump Administration is proposing the using of masks, but SWA still is not.

SW has announced that they will require masks for passengers starting May 11th. For customers who do not have one, one will be provided upon request.  More here: Southwest Promise.
