Rating a flight experience

I love Southwest and fly multiple times per month.

I received a survey for my flight experience yesterday 7-5-22 on flight 2949.

overall great experience as usual but the one area I was dissatisfied was the almost 1 hour wait on the plane in Chicago with NO explanation.  I know part of the wait was waiting for  a flight attendant to get her phone from another flight that was late.  I know this because I sat near the front.

No other communication about the delay in a very warm plane.

How do I pass this one to Southwest?  The survey I just took from my email skipped over the only part I rated as "Very unsatisfied"
