Sick passenger

On a flight from Indianapolis to New Orleans on 11/11, a passenger became ill midflight. A doctor, nurse and myself helped the woman until we landed and paramedics got her off the plane and to the care needed. Just wondering if Southwest monitors this forum and how she was doing? The crew took my name and number...so I was kind of thinking they would contact me in some way.

That's lucky for her to have helpful people around!

Southwest monitors the forum of course, but not likely to be the same people that would have any oversight over the flight crew operations. Maybe our moderator @LindseyD can help if there was an update when they handed off the fellow passenger. 

I hope she makes a full recovery!
