Solved! go to solution

Shouldn't the passenger be the one to determine this? Just because SW has an answer in most cases it isn't "solved"

If you don't like the solution that was given your more than welcome to click the option to say not the solution.

Keep in mind although you may not like the answer it may actually be the solution or answer and this is primarily a customer to customer forum so we don't have the ability to help with customer service issues we can direct you on who to contact though.

As an example @Robertlbob if one of the champions or moderators sees a response that seem to solve the issue like this one, it can be marked as the solution. If the original poster didn't think it solved their question you can un-mark it.

Feel free to post a link to your thread if you have a question. But the example is good - if your question is "i want a refund" then the answer on this community is Contact Customer Relations - we are flyers like yourself and don't have any power or access over your Southwest account - just advice.
