South WiFi Cost and frustation

Does anyone else feel a sense of frustration when, after purchasing the WiFi service, it becomes unavailable or stops working for some reason?  This has happened at 3 out of the last 4 trips I’ve taken.  I understand that this is newer technology and not something SW has complete control over

I don’t necessarily mind paying for something but if it is going to be unreliable, maybe we need to come up with a better solution.

One idea - charge less. Maybe $3 rather than $8.  $8 is higher than a drink and the drink is at least reliable.

2nd idea - send out coupons for WiFi.

3rd idea - lower the free WiFi level from A-Plus to A.

Thanks

Well lots of people share your frustration, Sandy.

If you pay for wifi and it turns out to be inoperative, after your flight you can reach out to customer service for a refund - not that that helps you in flight.

Hopefully the irline will eventually hear and respond to it's passengers.
