@mom3girlz yeah, it seemed pretty clear to me the gift of points was only for canceled flights, but sorry if you thought otherwise. You could make a separate request for compensation of the delay, but at this point I suspect it's too late. If that's something you wanted to try you could send a message using the contact us link below with your details. At most you might get $100 voucher.
