Dear Southwest,
I wanted to take a few minutes to thank Southwest and specifically flight attendant Kris. Thanks Kris! I recently had to fly from San Diego to Portland, Oregon to assist my Son and Daughter-In-Law with our first Granddaughter. This choice wasn't an easy one in our present environment. My family and I were comforted by Southwest's COVID-19 guidance, but beyond that, Kris went above and beyond to make me feel so respected and valued as a Southwest traveler. Thank you Kris and thank you Southwest for keeping me safe as the traveler and subsequently keeping my family safe.
