URL redirect

After using SW WiFi, my website url (Markit4Events.com) redirects to southwest.com on my iPhone. Using Chrome.

I’ve deleted browse history, disabled redirects, deleted SW app, emptied cache…

Any suggestions.

You are off the plane when this issue is happening?  I'd suggest you look into clearing the DNS cache on the iPhone.  Note this is not the same as the browser cache

I'm having the same issue and it's killing me.

I ew today, used wifi, unused CNN.com as an initial request which redirected me to southwest.com. now every time I try to go to CNN I redirect to swa

On ios

Happens with WiFi on or off

I tried cycling airplane mode

I tried rebooting

I reset network settings

I cannot kill this stupid redirect

You might want to try clearing cache and cookies

Same. I’m so annoyed. Can’t access wordle now (#firstwordproblems) but this really is infuriating and absurd that southwest hijacks our browsers like this. I attached a photo to show that even when I hand type the url it thinks that is now the url for Inflight southwest access. Someone please fix it.

Android

Settings->Apps->Browser (the browser app you are using). Here, you can just go to “Storage” and tap on “Clear Cache“.

If another app has issue, go to it and clear its cache too.
