Its labor intensive, error-prone, and potentially harmful to the employee and surfaces.
There are lots of products out there to kill all the bad pathogens out there thoroughly and faster with no residue, no harmful effects to employees or surfaces, and cheaper.
Fogging or spraying works like a charm and cleans the air too.
C'mon Southwest, you can do better!

Regardless of how many chemicals are pumped onto a plane, gunk on a try table only comes off by wiping it off. While there may be some ways to "fog," I don't see how they can avoid manual cleaning.
