I have taken four flights within the past few weeks and the WiFi has not worked on my phone. I tried the free messaging WiFi and purchasing WiFi and neither has worked. I asked a flight attendant about it on the last flight and he said he had been able to send a message. Is anyone else experiencing this on the new iPhone or has WiFi just been really bad lately?

I would contact Southwest (click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the forum pages) to request a refund for the purchased wifi.

Have you tried restarting the iPhone? I'm unaware of any issues, and I use my iPhone on all flights. Also, is this is a personal or business phone? Sometimes, biz admins may restrict certain features.
