Is there a way to check and see if my aircraft is WiFi enabled?

The flight attendants often tell you once you're on the plane.

All Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft have WiFi. By the end of 2017, the entire fleet will have WiFi. Right now, the 737-300 and 737-500 aircraft have no WiFi.

Solution

Southwest typically sends an email to each customer about 24-36 hours prior to their flight. This email typically has important flight information, updates, and tells whether or not your scheduled aircraft will have WiFi.

If you don't receive this email, you can call Southwest customer service with your confirmation number or flight number and customer service is always happy to check to see if your aircraft will be WiFi equiped.

When you check-in to your flight, you will be able to see if your flight has WiFi service available. There are different levels or WiFi for purchase. Please follow the link, https://www.southwest.com/html/air/products/wifi-access.html?clk=GFOOTER-PRODUCTS-WIFI, for the different levels we have to offer you!
