I am a dedicated long time Southwest customer. But you have to fix your Wi-Fi.
And it is extra aggravating that it is easy to watch your live TV option. If that can work, your Wi-Fi for emails and web browsing should work. This really must be addressed.

I did this back in September (I think... It's been a problem for a while, but I do have a previous post) and all I got was a canned response from Customer Service.
From the frequency of complaints about wifi on this board, I don't think they really care all that much -- or at least not enough to do anything about it. 😞
