I filed a complaint more than a month ago and i have received no response. This was a somewhat serious issue and i can't get a hold of anyone in the relations department. I have called 5 times and have spent more than 6 hours on this. Currently on hold for 42minutes

You could send a private message to Southwest via Twitter or Facebook.

Ordinarily I would recommend this, since it's always worked for me, but the last time I DMed Southwest on Twitter I received an "automatic reply" message about experiencing a "high volume" of Customer inquiries and it might take several hours to get a reply. I never heard back from them. That's the first time it's ever happened as they are normally so responsive. I hope this doesn't become the norm!
