After doing a quick search there is a 1 stop no plane change no non stops from PHX to CHS Monday through Friday on the current schedule I'm not sure exactly when the next schedule change occurs but if you know the date you want to know about I can give you a more accurate answer as to if a non stop or a direct (no plane change) flight exists or you can check out the schedule on the southwest website.
