Modified Onboard Food and Drink Service

As of March 16, 2021, Southwest will be serving a selection of non-alcoholic drinks in a cup over ice and snacks on flights over 250 miles, when available. Southwest offers contactless beverage ordering via the Inflight WiFi Portal. Simply zoom in on your drink choice and share the image with your Flight Attendant when it's time to order.

We look forward to introducing this modified service while still supporting the well-being of our Customers and Crews by limiting touchpoints within the cabin. Additionally, alcohol service on all flights, and service on flights of 251 miles or less, will remain suspended. Snacks and drinks aside, we are eager to see you again on your next Southwest flight!
