Schedule Revision Options

Occasionally, Southwest must revise the flight schedule and potentially impact your planned travel. We know a change of plans is never easy, and it's a situation we do not take lightly. 

 

If you have been impacted by a flight change, you will receive an email with options available to you. If a new itinerary is provided to you and does not work for you, instructions are included within the email to see additional options. Be sure to follow these instructions in the time allotted, however, as you will only be able to utilize the provided link within three days of the email being delivered. Please note that some Customers that experience significant changes to their itinerary may be entitled to refund.

 

If any issues arise, please use the following Customer Service channels for rebooking assistance but please keep in mind that wait times may be very high:
