Occasionally, Southwest must revise the flight schedule and potentially impact your planned travel. We know a change of plans is never easy, and it's a situation we do not take lightly.
If you have been impacted by a flight change, you will receive an email with options available to you. If the new itinerary does not work for you, instructions are included within the email to see additional options. You may change your new itinerary with no additional cost. Please note that some Customers that experience significant changes to their itinerary may be entitled to a refund.
