1800 Flowers Promo Code Not Working

I was trying to use the RR22 promo code to earn 1,000 extra RR points through 1800 flowers and I get this error message. On the phone with 1800 flowers and they're completely useless...

I figured it out! You have to put your RR number in the "Membership Number" box below it. So, really vague instructions from SW since it says

Earn 1,000 points with 1-800-Flowers.com®

when you spend $29.99 or more through December 31, 2022 using promo code RR22. Limit 12."

You should throw a "and put in your RR# in the membership field" somewhere in there.

It's great you figured it out.  Since Southwest does not monitor the Community for suggestions you should send your comment directly to Southwest.  Use the contact us link at the bottom of the page and send a message.

Got the flowers, still no Rewards Points.

Four phone calls, lots of promises, no points.
