8/1/20 to 10/31/20 Bonus Points (credit card)

Has anyone received their bonus points based on spending from 8/1/20 to 10/31/20? If so, were the points posted what you were expecting?

We use the cc for EVERYTHING and I was expecting ~9,500 bonus points, and it looks like I received 188.

I registered for this offer from the SWA website. I spoke with a Chase representative this morning, and he said this was a SWA promotion and they have to answer all questions.

Normally these types of promotions state something like "bonus points will be awarded within "X" weeks of the end of the earning period" in the terms and conditions.  

I suspect you haven't hit the deadline, yet.

Which particular offer are you referring to?

Did you save any screenshots of the offer details to which you can refer? As mentioned above, the terms and conditions would be helpful.
