Did this ever get resolved? I'm experiencing the same thing. I never received last year's anniversary points and Southwest just gave me the standard "all points are bundled together". The only points I received were just the normal RR points and I would have noticed an extra 3,000 for the anniversary month. Ultimately, they're just passing the buck and redirecting me to contact Chase. I hope your situation got figured out, and if so was it Chase or Southwest that ultimately resolved the issue?

@JTX97 it's not passing the buck when Chase is the one telling Southwest how many points to credit to the account. You'll need to discuss with Chase.

If you look at your Chase statement, it will be bundled in with other points. However the statement will break it down. My anniv. points just showed up on my last statement:
