Can't see current vouchers under Rapid Rewards account?

I have several vouchers dating from last year and I can't seem to find the listed vouchers or available funds anywhere in 'my account' under Rapid Rewards..  I have to go back through several emails to find these vouchers.  Please tell me I don't have to keep track of these vouchers and unused dollars separately?

Hi 

 

Sorry to say but you will not find the funds available listed in you Rapid Reward account.  Your going to have to keep track of your unused funds yourself.  I keep track by creating a draft e-mail and call it Southwest credits.  I keep a list of all credits by conformation numbers and expiration dates.

on SWA website, go to MANAGE RESRVATIONS, then click this link to "view travel funds"
