Can you call southwest and change a flight booked with points to pay for it instead? :/

Have two legs left for a list and realized one was booked with points ARGHHH... curious if I could have it switched form points to actually paying for it if I called in.

Sure, but probably not exactly how you want.  You would cancel the points booking which will result in a refund of the points, then rebook the flights paying cash. You will have to pay the current fare, which I'm guessing is what you were hoping to avoid. There's no way to "convert" the existing reservation and get the same price.
